Position Type: 1099 Locum Tenens
Specialty: Anesthesia
Location: Iowa
Rate: $250/hourly
Shift: Days, flexible.
Start Date: January 2025

Logistics Covered: Mileage, lodging, flights (if needed)
Position Details:
- Patient Population: All ages
- Responsibilities: Trauma cases – mostly CRNAs only perform SPINAL blocks, no regional anesthesia.
- Required Procedures: Cath labs, endo, radiology
- EMR System: Cerner & paper charting
- On-Call/Weekends: Yes
- Credentialing timeframe: 30-45 days
Submission Requirements:
- Board Certified - Required
- Active IA license - Highly Preferred
- Idaho DEA and CSR – Highly preferred
- Availability at the time of name clearance - Required
- Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine – Required
Covid Vaccination: Required at time of name clear
