**NO EXPENSES OTHER THAN MILEAGE APPROVED**
**Candidates must be able to work at least two days/week for consideration**
Privileging time frame: 30-60 days - Emergency/Temp Privileges Granted
Board Certification Required
3 Professional References Needed
Breakdown of practice days: At least 2 shifts per week. Ideally, looking for 12-hour shifts but are open to 16- or 24-hour shifts if necessary
-Please provide availability & shift preference upon presentation
Medically Supervised, Medically Directed, or Independent: CRNAs will be medically directed
Will they be working with AAs: No
Skills required:
Thoracic
Major Vascular
Neuro: Sometimes
Trauma
Outpatient Surgery: Sometimes
PreOp: YES
Orthopedics: YES
Spinal Anesthesia Blocks (preferred/nice to have; but not required)
High-risk OB cases or is OB required - not required but the skills can be put to good use
Anesthesia pain department is responsible for pain. Regionals are dependent on skillset.
# of beds: 600+
Patient Population: All Adults
Patient Volumes: 4-6 cases a day
Additional Staff: Care Team Model
EMR: Cerner
