- Specialty: CRNA
- Practice Setting: OR/Surgery Dept
- Dates/Coverage Needed: Beginning ASAC - FT for 3 months with the option to extend. Monday-Friday and open to 8s or 10s. Call Ratio is 1:10. Call Back is 30%.
- Staffing Mix/Supervision: CRNAs work independently
- Patients per shift: 4
- Case Mix: MUST be able to perform regional blocks. General, Ortho, vascular, adults & peds, spinal & epidural anesthesia, neuro (spine, not head). No hearts, no neonates, no trauma, no thoracic.
- Credentialing Time-Frame: 90 days
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS
- Active NM License: Must have an active NM license
