Cases: General Surgical Cases and Neurosurgical Cases
No Peds
Average number of surgical cases/day: 35
Average number of pain management cases: 0
Number of operating rooms: 16
EMR: Cerner
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified - REQUIRED
Active MI License - REQUIRED
Fellowship - REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS- REQUIRED
Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
Malpractice - Clean Preferred
