Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
Join our dynamic Anesthesia Services Team in Grand Rapids, Michigan! Our facility is a Level 2 trauma center equipped with 16 operating rooms, 4 endoscopy suites, and 2 OB operating rooms, delivering a wide range of complex and general anesthesia services. Here, you'll be part of a professional and supportive environment, working alongside confident and friendly colleagues. Both experienced CRNAs and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in shared home-call obligations of approximately 1 weekend per quarter and 1 weekday every 6 weeks.
- Administer anesthesia for a diverse selection of cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, ortho (including trauma), bariatrics, podiatry, GYN, neuro, and more.
- Work scheduled shifts consisting of 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24 hours.
- Collaborate with a team of anesthesiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified by NBCRNA (by the time of start).
- Michigan license (or willingness to obtain).
- DEA verbal confirmation (or willingness to obtain).
- ACLS and BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in anesthesia is preferred but not mandatory for new graduates.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification (NBCRNA) - REQUIRED
- Michigan State License - REQUIRED
- DEA Verification - REQUIRED
- ACLS & BLS Certification - REQUIRED
