Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Grand Rapids, MI
Join a professional team at a leading hospital in Grand Rapids, Michigan, seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to be part of their Anesthesia Services Team. With state-of-the-art facilities, including a Level 2 trauma center with 16 operating rooms, this hospital offers a dynamic and collaborative work environment, covering a broad spectrum of complex and general cases.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in a quarterly weekend call rotation with assignments generated randomly to provide fair scheduling.
- Handle an average of one weekday call shift (Monday through Thursday) from 7 PM to 7 AM every six weeks.
- Work a varied schedule including 8, 10, 12, 16, and 24-hour shifts.
- Deliver anesthesia services for a diverse range of cases, including kidney transplants, thoracic, orthopedics, bariatrics, GYN, neurology, and more.
- Collaborate with a professional, confident, and friendly team of healthcare providers.
- Open to both experienced professionals and new graduates, with an emphasis on building a strong support network.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified NBCRNA is required by the time of start.
- Valid Michigan License or willingness to obtain.
- DEA confirmation or willingness to obtain.
- ACLS & BLS certifications or willingness to acquire.
- Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (active within the last 30 days) is mandatory.
License and Certification Requirements:
