Perm - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Position in Findlay, OH

Join a dedicated team serving patients in Northwest & Central Ohio! We are seeking 10 part-time or full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) to be part of a well-established practice. This role offers you the opportunity to work in a supportive environment that includes a variety of medical and surgical specialties.

Job Responsibilities:

• Self-scheduling options available with 8-hr or 12-hr shifts.
• Work at multiple locations including Findlay Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center.
• Manage a diverse range of cases while maintaining your skills.
• Engage in overtime opportunities if desired.
• Participate in a care team model with an equitable call schedule.
• Collaborate in a supportive practice team consisting of 7 full-time physicians and 18 CRNAs.
• Provide anesthetic care for ENT, general, orthopedic, neurosurgery, gynecological surgery, low-risk obstetrics, and minimal healthy pediatric cases.
• New grads and experienced providers are encouraged to apply; mentoring available for new graduates.
• Permanent positions that may require residency in the local area.
• Flexible options for 1099 candidates.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA (Required)
• Ohio state license (or willingness to obtain) (Required)
• DEA certification (must be obtained prior to start) (Required)
• Clean malpractice record and license (Required)
• Interest in part-time/full-time, W2/1099 opportunities (Required)

License and Certification Requirements:
