Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Join a dynamic and highly skilled Anesthesia Services Team at a state-of-the-art hospital located in Muskegon, Michigan. This facility is designated as a Level 2 trauma center and boasts 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy rooms, and 2 c-section suites, providing a comprehensive range of both general and complex medical cases.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including orthopedic, gynecology, ENT, vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, and cardiothoracic surgeries.
• Work in a collaborative atmosphere with a supportive team of professionals.
• Participate in a rotating schedule consisting of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts.
• No on-call responsibilities required.
• Mentor and support new graduates as they transition into their roles.

Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program.
• Previous experience in anesthesia is preferred, but new graduates are also welcome to apply.

License and Certification Requirements:

• Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - Required
• Valid Michigan License (or willingness to obtain) - Required
• DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willingness to obtain) - Required
• Current ACLS & BLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) - Required
