Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Position in Muskegon, MI

Join our dynamic Anesthesia Services Team as a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist in Muskegon, Michigan. This state-of-the-art facility is designated as a Level 2 trauma center, featuring 20 operating rooms, 5 heart and vascular rooms, 6 endoscopy rooms, and 2 c-section suites. You will be part of a professional team that handles a general and complex range of cases, including orthopedic, gastrointestinal, gynecology, ENT, vascular, neurosurgery, interventional cardiology, and more. Enjoy a flexible schedule with no call requirements while being in a friendly work environment that is open to both experienced CRNAs and new graduates.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide anesthesia care for a diverse patient population.
  • Administer anesthesia for a variety of surgical procedures.
  • Collaborate with a team of skilled healthcare professionals.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort before, during, and after anesthesia administration.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to care protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certified NBCRNA (by time of start) - Required
  • Michigan License (or willing to obtain) - Required
  • DEA Verbal Confirmation (or willing to obtain) - Required
  • ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) - Required
  • Recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - Required

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Current Michigan State License
  • Board Certification from the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
  • Current DEA Registration (or willing to obtain)
  • Current ACLS and BLS Certifications (or willing to obtain)
