Level 1 Trauma Center
Large, fast paced site
Dates: ASAP
Schedule: Preference is FT 3 shifts/week 10's,12's, 13's or 14's (flexible with days and a mixture of shift times, but min of 2 shifts/week)
Case Mix: Plastics, Ortho, Ortho /Trauma, ENT, Maxofacial, Vascular, OB, Colorectal/GI, Bariatric, General, Urology, GI (colonoscopy/EGD), Spine, Electrophysiology Lab
EMR System: Epic
Active License: highly preferred (licensing takes 3-4 mo; if has multi state license, then need CSR/DEA taking 3-4 weeks)
Credentialing Time Frame: 1-2 months (could be less)
