Contract Length: 3 months continuous coverage preferred - option to extend

Travel: Requires 2 consecutive weeks per month minimum, if flights are needed

Shift Details:
40 hours of scheduled work per week
Hours vary weekly between 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
Overtime after 45 hours

Schedule: Locums will receive their schedule for 6 weeks at a time

Work Details:
Amount of coverage needed per month: continuous full-time coverage, 40 hours per week
Patient population/age: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric (90%+ of patients over age 12)

Department description:
Number of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
Perform supervision-based anesthesia; independent practice at Nampa location
EMR: EPIC
Hospital bed size: 378

Skills required:
Gyn, general surgery, ortho, spine, crani, plastics, lungs, healthy peds, eye, GI, structural hearts, EP, Endo, Interventional radiology, MRI
No burns, transplants, open heart, sick peds or OB
Must be comfortable with Level II Trauma cases
CRNAs will not perform their own Regional Anesthesia/Blocks but do perform Spinal Blocks
Occasionally may perform arterial lines (not required)
No epidurals or central lines

Requirements:
Board Certification: BC required
License: Open to licensing
DEA: Not required
CSR: Yes
Minimum Experience: 1 year

Supervision Model: Max of 4:1 ratio
Independent role available at another nearby campus with OB performance

Credentialing Timeframe:
About 30 days if licensed
Up to 60 days if non-licensed (pending license)
