- Start as soon as July
- 30-45 day credentialing
- NM license required
- Independent practice; Ortho, podiatry, ENT( with pediatrics) General Surgery, Urology, GI endoscopy, OB/GYN to include epidurals/spinals, placement of regional blocks
- Schedule: 3 on, 1 off or 2 on, 2 off
