- Other Details: The facility, which is stroke-certified is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours and beeper call if needed. Must be comfortable with an independent, non-supervised environment and must be competent in all anesthesia techniques; regional block competency a plus. Types of surgeries are Ortho, podiatry, ENT( with pediatrics) General Surgery, Urology, GI endoscopy, OB/GYN to include epidurals/spinal, and placement of regional blocks. Adults primarily with the only pediatric cases are ENT (tubes and tonsils). Advanced line placement and ventilator management in the OR/PACU. The schedule is hospital OR setting, 2 weeks working (days), with 7 days of call (including a weekend) during the 2 weeks.
