• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: 10 hour shifts
• Call, Nights and Weekends: None
• Cases: Heavy ortho, endoscopy, urology, general surgery. Some adult ENT.
• Facility: Fast-paced community hospital with 4 anesthesia rooms
• Model: Supervision
• Credentialing: 90 days
