We're looking for a two full-time Certified CRNA locum provider for one of our multispecialty groups/hospitals in central IL! This is a 3:12s or 4:10s weekly schedule, perfect for someone who wants to commute from Saint Louis, Indy or Chicago or even from father away!

Boards & Certification Requirements:
- National Board Certified CRNA, ACLS, BLS
Licensure Requirements:
- Open to outside state licensure, tho preference is for IL Licensed of course!
Cases MIX: Bread and Butter! Level 2 Trauma Center!
Average Number of Cases per day:
- 30 cases per day between all providers scheduled
Locum Tenens work and call schedule:
- Orientation 7:30a-5p will be the first day
- 4:10s or 3:12s
