All Star is looking for a CRNA for locums coverage in Central Arizona
- AZ license
- Starts ASAP - ongoing through EOY of option
- Wednesday - Friday Preferred; 12-hour shifts only; 7a - 7p
- Flexibility to help with weekend shifts if needed is required
- No Call
- Cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, Endo, OB/GYN, Healthy Peds, and possible Trauma
- Not all cases required, but would be a plus
- Supervision
- 30-day credential
- EMR: EPIC
