DESCRIPTION:

· Starting 6/1/24

· Schedule can be 8, 10 or 12 hr. days; 10's and 12's Monday - Friday, (1 needed) 4-10's a week

REQUIRED:

· State license; active, unrestricted

· Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: NC license, BLS, ACL, PALS all through AHA,

· EMR: EMR training done on Tuesdays remotely before provider starts

· COVID-19 Vaccine Required

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate

· Malpractice insurance provided

SCHEDULE:

· Credentialing Timeframe- 60 days- June Start

Location 1:

Scope of Work: 2 -6 patients a day

33% peds, 33% Geriatrics 33 Adult

Primarily ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, plastics, GYN, some peds. No OB or NORA or OB or high acuity pediatrics.

Worksite Setting: Hospital

Location 2:

Worksite Setting: Hospital

Scope of Work: 2 -6 patients a day

Primarily be at COH/CCOS doing ortho, ortho trauma, general surgery, plastics, GYN, some peds.

No OB or NORA.

Location 3:

Worksite Setting: Hospital

Scope of Work: Type of cases: ENT Endo Eyes Ortho OB surgical only GI - Mostly bread and butter. Lots of Ortho, Ent, gyn, general. NO heads, hearts, chests

Will see approximately 2-6 patients per day, adults and healthy peds.
