• Board Certified (AANA) - REQUIRED
• OH license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
• BLS, ACLS, & PALS (by time of start) - REQUIRED
• NRP - HIGHLY PREFERRED
• 3 years+ of employment experience as CRNA - PREFERRED
