Length of locum assignment: 6 months
CRNA supervised: Yes
Types of cases: Endo, Ortho, Urology, General Surgery, Pulmonary, Podiatry, Ophthalmology, and Gyn.
EMR system: Epic
Call/night requirements: None
Work week guarantee: Open to guarantee
Credentialing time frame: 30 - 60 days. Optional credentialing at Associated ASCs in the area
