Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) Needed
Coverage Details:
- Start Date: As soon as credentialed, opportunities extend through 2024
- Schedule: Flexible, primarily Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with a 30-minute unpaid lunch break
- Call Duty: Yes, including nights and weekends, mainly for obstetric cases, rotating among three providers
Practice Details:
- Location: West Burlington campus
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
- Patient Volume: Varies
- EMR: Cerner
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently with confidence in all provider-independent environments
- Adept in general anesthesia for cardiac, thoracic, neurosurgical (cranial and spine), pediatrics, trauma, and OB cases
- Skilled in regional anesthesia, including epidural, spinal anesthesia, and various nerve blocks
- Proficient in central and PA catheter management, arterial line placement, TEE, ultrasound-guided regional blocks and line placement, pain and ventilation management
