- Schedule: April 29 – ongoing, 6-6:30 am start time, 8-10 hour days
- Job Setting: outpatient center
- Types of Cases: orthopedics, pain management
- Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
- Minimum of 2 weeks per month
- Must be board certified and have an active New York license
