  • Coverage Needed:
    • July 1 - Ongoing
    • 24 hour call coverage
    • CRNA call is 7p-7a beeper and is a 2nd call as we will have one CRNA in house overnights 7p-7a. We have 2 CRNA’s that need to be scheduled on weekends 7a-7p in addition to the weekly schedules. Shift times vary by sites of service requested by the facility but they are 7a starts. We have a need for 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. We also have a late shift where we need a provider scheduled 11a-11p
    • Shifts will vary but 7:00 am start time is consistent:
      • Day Shifts:
        • 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
        • 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
        • 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
        • 11:00 am - 11:00 pm
      • Call Shifts:
        • 7:00 pm - 7:00 am - both in house and off site available
  • Clinical Information:
    • 45-50 daily patient volume
    • CRNA’s need to be able to take 2-3 calls per month (beeper)
    • Volume of calls has decreased with night shift model
    • Support Staff: Anesthesia techs are very supportive of the team and assist in getting the rooms ready, Nursing, and operating room assistants work well with the Anesthesia providers
    • EMR: Medaxion/Meditech
    • Care team model
    • Possible case types: general, monitored care, neuraxial, peripheral nerve block
  • Required:
    • General Anesthesia and/or Cardiac CRNA's (Cardiac CRNA's must provide 2 years of recent case logs demonstrating Cardiac abilities)
    • DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing to transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
    • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
      • Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
