- Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hour weeks must be flexible with shift length and overtime) No call
- Job Setting: Medical Center
- Type of Cases: General, Podiatry, Orthopedic, Intravenous sedation—mostly bread and butter
- Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
- Active Illinois State License
