DESCRIPTION:

· Full time provider needed

· Need to have someone who can start as soon as credentialed, any consecutive M-F coverage, either 10s or 12s. Multiple providers, daily.

· No call/no weekends

· All types of surgeries are done at this facility but not all skills are required of the CRNA coming in for locums. We just need to list all skills the CRNA is skilled in

REQUIRED:

· MO State license; active, unrestricted

· Board Certified NBCRNA and DEA required

· COVID-19 Vaccine Required

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate

· Malpractice insurance provided

· OT rate applicable after 10 or 12 hours, depending on the shift length. Paid at 1.5x the regular rate.

SCHEDULE:

· Starting 6/3/24

· Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
