Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in need of a rewarding career in an inviting community.
Ashland Anesthesia Associates (AAA), nestled in the heart of Ashland, Oregon is growing our practice. Ample opportunities are arising in our practice area outside our primary practice; Ashland Community Hospital. The local region (Jackson, County) is in desperate need for experienced CRNA's and we are trying to assist our community by increasing the numbers in our group. We are actively seeking two CRNAs to join our close-knit team. Hopefully more in the future

Job Responsibilities
-Three years minimum experience, preferably independant NBCRNA with OB/peds/regional/general bread and butter background
-Group shares call and billing expenses only
-Average yearly total compensation 265k with expectations of growth.
-Call average 1 weekend per month plus one day per week. Will decrease with group recruitment
-10 to 12 weeks vacation per year
-likely working post call until we staff up to 5 providers
-Oregon licensure and DEA required
-Group is replacing departing CRNA and need to add 5th provider due to planned growth
- Guaranteed Income while building AR
- Interview / Travel expenses provided
- Relocation Allowance
