Prefer providers that can work (5) 8-hour shifts per week or (4) 10-hour shifts per week. Must be flexible to work between Monday-Friday and not live within 50 miles of Florence.
Call preferred one night per week.
Blocks are a plus but not required.
CRNA must have 1 year of experience
CRNA must have a clean record to obtain temp privileges while full privileges are being processed.
EMR is EPIC
Locations: Florence, SC - Marion, SC - Lake City, SC (can rotate between facilities)
Pay Rate: $220/hr
