    • Monday - Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm or 7:00 am - 5:30 pm
  • Clinical Details
    • 6 Operating Rooms
    • 1 GI Suite
  • Requirements
    • Board Certified NBCRNA
    • Active NE License or IMLC
    • ACLS and BLS
    • Must be comfortable with a variety of cases: Orthopedics, General Surgery, Gyn Procedures, GI Cases, Urology, ENT, and Plastics.
    • Must be comfortable with placing Spinals
    • Must be able to do own pre-ops and put in orders
    • OB is not mandatory but if provider is comfortable with OB they can do those cases
    • Clean Malpractice/Background Highly Preferred
  • EMR
