Clinical Details

  • Thumb OR - 2 Rooms plus OB coverage.
  • 4-12 Patients Per Day
  • General Cases (surgical cases including general, ENT, gynecological, urologic, vascular,
  • orthopedic, & obstetrical cases (OB for Thumb only)
  • 30 deliveries average per month with 18% C-sectionrate/8 per month + epidural services.
  • TEAM at Thumb will also be covering Hospital (38 miles away) for average of 2 days per week with endoscopy and minor procedures.
  • Ventilation Mgmt (establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation)

Requirements

  • AANA Certified
  • BLS, ACLS,
  • NRP certification or NLSP within three (3) months of initial credentialing
  • Adults, Peds, and OB Experience
  • Active MI License and CSR at time of submission
  • Current CV.
  • **COVID Vaccine Now Required at time of Name Clear**
  • Looking for a local provider
  • Credentialing will take 60-90 days

Call

  • Call requirements at Thumb would start when the shift ends during the week, normally 3:30p and go until the next morning at 7am.
  • Weekend call is a full 24 hour period both days (7a – 7a)

Support Staff

  • Lab, Radiology, APP ER physician, Provider coverage for med-surg, swing beds, respiratory coverage from 7a-4p,
