Locums Need: CRNA only
Start Date: 6/18/2024
Schedule: 4x10s
Amount of coverage needed per month: every week
Length of need: 6 month block preferred
OT Rule: after 40 hours
Call: occasional home call - Home call primarily means last provider to leave (case clean up). Call back frequency averages to once every few months (meaning it is a rare occurrence).
Department Description: 9 CRNA's staffed daily to cover OR/GI/OB/NORA.
Case mix varies between, general surgery, robotics, orthopedics, urology, GI and OB. ACT model with no regional being performed by CRNA's
Patient Volume: Approximately 450 cases per month in the OR with additional 250 per month in GI
Patient Population and ages: Range of ages and minimal pediatrics
Certifications: ACLS, PALS, BLS
Willing to license = YES
**minimum 90 days with active SC license, 120 days minimum for privis w/o active SC license
