- ASAP – Ongoing Need
- Preference is day shift, 10–12-hour shift either 6:30a-4:30p or 7a-7p. May need 24-hour shifts, 7a-7a, but lower priority.
- Currently need 24-hour shifts, 7a-7a
- 2 Providers Requested
- Locum must be able to attend an onsite orientation on a weekday prior to first assignment (times TBD, possibly on the same day as first shift), which would include administrative paperwork and EPIC Training
- # of Physicians in Group: 5
- Patient Population Mix: 95% Adult
- 30 Cases Per Day
- Support Staff: 4 Anesthesia Techs and Physician Support
- Procedures Required: General, spinal, epidural, regional blocks, MAC, blood patches, ART line, central line
- 200 Beds in Facility
- Level II Trauma Center
- EMR: Epic
- NBCRNA - Required
- IL License Active – Highly preferred
- IL CSR/DEA – Highly preferred
- BLS (AHA) Certification – Required
