- Monday through Friday. 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
- Hospital Based Setting
- Types of Cases: 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
- Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
- Credentialing Timeframe: 60+ days
