- Need of 4 Full-Time CRNA's for scheduling
- Monday-Friday - 7a-3p
- No call / No weekends
- Hospital Based
- Average number of Surgical cases per day: 25
- 80% General, 10% Complex Vascular, 10% Complex Orthopedic
- Fellowship training is not required for cardiac or pediatric cases
- Locums will work at satellite locations which is across the street
- 11 Anesthesiologists & 28 CRNAs in the group
- 10 operating rooms
- OR equipment description: GE Carestation 650s
- EMR: EPIC
- FTE: 1.5 - 1 Full time and 1 every other week 40 hours
- Required Procedures: General Anesthesia (Adult)
- Preferred Procedures: Spinal Anesthesia, Neurosurgical cases (spine), Complex vascular cases (except open heart), and complex orthopedic cases
- NBCRNA Certified - Required
- Active CO License - Required or IMLC (LOQ In Hand)
- Active BLS - Required
