- Start Date: Temp privileges of 30 days
- Job Location: Georgia
- Setting: Hospital
- Required Schedule: Days, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, M-F
- Call schedule: 1 day a week call, 1st out the next day, and if interested, possible weekend call. No call room. Must stay local when on call.
- Care Team model with CRNA supervision - 1:4-6
- Type of Cases: OB, GYN, Cysto, Ortho, Podiatry, GI, Eyes, Spine cases to include Microdiscectomies, Laminectomies, Foramintomies, ACDFs; General to include hernias, examinations under anesthesia, debridements, any type of General surgery; Renal/Vascular procedures; ENT; NO Hearts or heads
- Podiatry blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate who can provide podiatry blocks
- Ortho blocks: not required but would love to have a candidate that can provide all types of orthopedic blocks
- OB Required: Yes and must be able to perform epidurals
- OR’s: 6 rooms and OB
