SHIFT DETAILS :

Start Date: 2/22/24
Shifts: Full-time, approx. 40 hours per week
Schedule:3/18 I 7a-7p, 4/12 I 3p-11p, 4/22 I 7a-5p
WORK DETAILS :
Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
Department description: Description: comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
Hospital bed size: 317
Case/Procedure Experience: must have recent hospital experience.
Interview Process: Dr. Weiss will interview candidates by phone.

Board Certification: CRNA
License required: AZ License
DEA: Yes
CSR: No
Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
