  • Number of ORs: 11 in the main OR, 2 in the ambulatory center
  • Patients per day: 50-60 cases per day
  • Department description: Comprised of ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory, and endo.
  • EMR: Cerner and SaAnesthesia
  • Hospital bed size: 317
  • Case/Procedure Experience: Must have recent hospital experience

Requirements:

  • Board Certification: CRNA
  • License required: AZ License
  • DEA: Yes
  • CSR: No
  • Certifications required: BLS or ACLS
  • Minimum experience required: Recent hospital experience
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
