FACILITY DETAILS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA )

· Procedures: spinals, blocks, General cases (B&B), bariatrics, w/ complex spine cases; NO ICU, OB, hearts, trauma

· 5x8's or 5x10's (M-F)

· Prefers candidates that are open to call.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA )

· Must be very strong and confident working independently.

· Must have an active Illinois APRN license.
