Setting: Hospital
Start Date and Contract Duration – Mar 2024 - 3/6 months
Shifts/Schedule – 8x5s(7a-3p) or 3x12s (7a-7p), No Call (Scheduling for this AR is a mix of 8s, 10s and 12s based on the scheduled procedures. Providers need to be okay with a flexible scheduling model.)
Call Requirements/Opportunities – Preferred but not required
Travel/Lodging – travel/mileage and lodging reimbursement, No Stipend
Malpractice/Licensing – Covered, License In hand or in the process of applying at the time of submission
Practice Environment – Care Team, Supervised 1:4
Practice Setting: Inpatient/ Hospital - Trauma level 2
Types of Cases: Orthopedics, General, Surgical, Neuro, Peds, Vascular, Head and Spine. CRNAs perform a full range of procedures including, spinal anesthesia.

Qualifications

NBCRNA Certified
Active WA License or willing to apply
Active ACLS & BLS

Working Hours

3 shift minimum/week (will schedule 8-12 hour days dependent on scheduled procedures); flexible scheduling is ok, but needs to be available every week. No week on/week off or piecemeal schedules.
Ongoing availability (6 months preferred) is required.
