- Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital
- 3 months with option to extend
- Schedule: (5) 8s preferred ; Also available: 12s, 10s, 14s, 16s.
- Call, Nights and Weekends: Must be willing to take 1 call shift per month. Weekday beeper 3:30p-7a; Weekend call: 7a-7a 24 hour.
- Cases: General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB/GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, cardiac ablations, interventional radiology, neuro-interventional radiology, neuro, bronchoscopy. No trauma and cardiac - done by MD
- Facility: 29 ORs
- Model: Supervision
- Charting: Meditech
- Credentialing: 90 days
