• Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital
• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, (5)8s preferred, but will accept 10s, 12s, 16s, & 24s
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Optional - Call rotation is 1:8
• Cases: General, Vascular, GYN, Ortho, Trauma, Cysto, ENT, Neuro, Ortho spine, Robotic, Cardiothoracic (Hearts & Valves), Thoracic-lungs, Non-High Risk OB, GI, IP, MRI, CT, Cath Lab
• Facility: 250+ Bed, Level 2 Trauma Center / Level 2 NICU - 12 ORs
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Cerner
• Credentialing: 90 days, temps with a clean file
