Completion Bonus After 13 Weeks and 520 Hours
• Specific Details for Assignment: Hospital
• Length of Contract: 3-12 months with option to extend
• Schedule: 8 and 10 hours (possible 12s)
• Call, Nights and Weekends: Optional
• Cases: General, Gyn, Bariatric, Spine, OB, Ortho (with blocks), Neuro/Heads & Peds (few)
• Facility: Hospital and Surgery Center. Main OR has 17 rooms (including EP/Cath Lab, GI and IR). Surgery Center has 4 rooms, Physician office building has 4 rooms, Labor & Delivery has 3 rooms.
• Model: Supervision
• Charting: Paper (with computer for pre/post-op orders)
• Credentialing: 30-day emergency temps available
