***Provider must be available Feb 12- Feb 16 as well as a majority of the Thumb dates below***
Feb 17 7a-7a call Feb 18 7a-7a call Feb 19-22 7a-4p Mar 23 7a-7a call Mar 24 7a-7a call Mar 25-28 7a-4p Apr 27 7a-7a call Apr 28 7a-7a call Apr 29 - May 2 7a-4p June 1 7a-7a call June 2 7a-7a call June 3-6 7a-4p July 6 7a-7a call July 7 7a-7a call July 8-11 7a-4p
Ongoing availability
Credentialing will take 60-90 days
Will need coverage for endoscopy's, and general surgeries.
Usually these are scheduled on Monday, and Thursdays from 7a-1200p.
Will need provider who is comfortable practicing autonomously.
Would like to flex provider to Thumb for OB, but will consider candidates not interested in OB. Anticipate being onsite for 8-10 hours per day and on-call for emergencies.
4-12 Patients Per Day
Lab, Radiology, APP ER physician, Provider coverage for med-surg, swing beds, respiratory coverage from 7a-4p

General Cases (surgical cases including general, ENT, gynecological, urologic, vascular,orthopedic, & obstetrical cases (OB for Thumb only) Ventilation Mgmt (establishing & maintaining an airway; various modes of ventilation) Eval & mgmt of actue volume/BP issues
