We’re looking for a CRNA to join the team in San Antonio at Christus Santa Rosa Westover Hills. Westover Hills is a multi-specialty hospital offering a diverse case mix. CRNAs at this facility have the chance to work at the top of their license including performing their own regional and neuraxial blocks. We are willing to train any provider interested in expanding their current level of practice and who wants to be part of this growing collaborative practice in San Antonio.
The CRNA On – Call team will consist of seven (7) CRNAs who cover the OR and back-up OB during the day. The Anesthesiologist will be primary call at night and on the weekends with CRNAs as backup if needed. This opportunity offers a great schedule that includes a day off most weeks and 7 weeks of PTO (time off coordinated with the team). Compensation for CRNAs will be $290,000 per year paid on 1099 based on 45 weeks of coverage. For additional income, providers will have the option to cover 8-hour shifts on Saturdays and Sundays at Westover Hills or at our other facilities in San Antonio when off during the week. EAM covers Medical Malpractice. We also offer access, via a partnership, to cost-effective group health, dental, life and disability plans—all while maintaining the benefits and flexibility of being 1099.
