The Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium seeks a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our Anesthesia team at the Alaska Native Medical Center (ANMC), an award-winning Level II Trauma Center. With over 30 medical specialties, ANMC serves as the tertiary referral center for Alaska Native and American Indian people across the state. Our unique patient population, breathtaking geography, and cohesive team make this a one-of-a-kind practice opportunity!

Working in collaboration with our 11 Anesthesiologists and 30+ CRNAs, you will see patients on our medical center campus. Procedural responsibilities include: General anesthetics, MAC sedation, Peripheral nerve blocks, lumbar epidurals, and arterial access. No cardiac, transplant or complex neuro/spine cases.

Work Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week working a variety of shifts. Options are 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications: Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist; Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification; State of Alaska Advanced Practice Provider License. Preferred: 2 to 5 years’ post-graduate experience as a CRNA; genuine interest in anesthesia; astute clinical skills; superior communication and relationship building skills; flexible team player; culturally sensitive.
