Start as soon as credentialed (targeting March 2024 - slightly flexible if needed)
(will wait for Idaho License)
Contract Duration – Ongoing. Site is open to an initial 3 month commitment with option to extend.
Shifts/Schedule – 5x8's (0700-1530). Can accommodate 4x10's some weeks, but it's not standard. 12 hour shifts also available.
Call Requirements/Opportunities – Weekend Call 7a-7a Saturday or Sunday. (Call 1 on Sunday is off post call on Monday. Call 2 is not off post call.) There is no weeknight call.
Travel – FULL TRAVEL COVERED. Flights, lodging, rental car, mileage. Reimbursed weekly upon receipt.
Malpractice – COVERED. A-rated Malpractice Insurance w/ tail coverage (w/ consent to settle clause).
Licensing – Willing to accept providers needing to obtain ID license, preferable to have a compact license. Will need Idaho CSR/DEA.
Practice Environment – Hospital setting.
- Trauma Cases-mostly. OB possible if experienced/desired.
- CRNAs only perform spinal blocks, no regional anesthesia.
- Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12
- Number of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology.
