- Documentation System/EMR: flex and SIS
- Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 4
- Annual ER Volume: 35,000
- Fully staffed with RN and surgical techs
- Number of Operating Rooms: 7
- Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks
- Procedures Required (cont.): Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management, Local Infiltration
- Will reimbursed the following cost for Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard Rate
