Aya Locums has an immediate opening for the following position: Locum Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in Beloit, WI - $160.00 to $210.00

Shift Details: 7:30a-3:30p, on call- PM Beeper with 30 min response as well as 24-hour weekend call off site with 30 min response time
Schedule: M-F Clinical, call required
Work Details:
• How Many Providers: 1-2 Needing to fill 1 FTE and will look at PT to fill that need
• Procedures per day: ~20
• Supervisor Model: 1:3
• Department Description: Trauma level 3
• EMR: Cerner
• Main Procedures: General, OB, Urology, ENT, Ortho, podiatry, Ophtho, GI, vascular, cardiac & thoracic. NO Neuro or neck. Minimal Hearts
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Travel Logistics:
• Specific travel client will pay for: Travel,Lodging, and client has onsite APT
Requirements:
• License Required: WI active License- Willing to license, IMLC is preferred
• Certifications Required: ACLS, Board Cert or Eligible (Truly BE)
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-90 days with emergency available (as short as 2 weeks after all needed application/docs/background/drug screen completed)
