A community hospital is seeking a CRNA for locum tenens coverage.
Southeastern Iowa has so much to offer from historical sites and villages to beautiful parks and trails!
The schedule is Monday - Friday from 6:30am - 3:00pm with a 30 minute unpaid lunch. The clinician must be flexible with hours. Call rotation will be between 3 clinicians. There is not a lot of after hours call. The cases include General Anesthesia - Cardiac, Thoracic, Neurosurgical: Cranial, Neurosurgical: Spine, Pediatrics, Trauma, OB, and Regional Anesthesia Epidural, Spinal Anesthesia, Interscalene/Supraclavicular, Axillary, Femoral/Adductor Canal Block, Popliteal, Sciatic Block, Ankle Block, and TAP Block. The Anesthesia skills needed include Central Line Placement and Management, PA Catheter, Arterial Line Placement and Management, TEE Placement and Management, Ultrasound - Regional Blocks - Line Placement, Pain Management, and Ventilation Management. The clinician must be able to work independently and be comfortable/confident.
