**CRNA opening: La Grande, Oregon** J1/H1 Eligible **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed - Epic EMR - Join 4 full-time CRNA's, 1 MDA and serving a local population of 35,000 residents - Call is required: One night a week & one weekend a month, average. - There is not Anesthesiologist oversight, one is onsite, the CRNAs are LIPs. - Currently building a new OR suite to house 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre/post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs - Four 10-hour days per week - 5 FTE group plus 1 CRNA float who provides pain management services - Level IV Trauma Center **Compensation** - Very competitive salary: (270K+) - Quality incentives up to 20K annually - Signing bonus: 30K - 8K annual CME, licensing dues, subscription - Loan repayment (student) - Full benefits including a 401k match - 52 days off - Paid malpractice **Ideal Candidate** - Fit is very important.
