**Position Details**
- Full-time, permanent
- Hospital employed
- Epic EMR
- Join 4 full-time CRNA's, 1 MDA and serving a local population of 35,000 residents
- Call is required: One night a week & one weekend a month, average.
- There is not Anesthesiologist oversight, one is onsite, the CRNAs are LIPs.
- Currently building a new OR suite to house 5 new ORs, 2 endoscopy suites (which can flex to 2 additional ORs), 15 pre/post-op rooms, and 7 PACUs
- Four 10-hour days per week
- 5 FTE group plus 1 CRNA float who provides pain management services
- Level IV Trauma Center
**Compensation**
- Very competitive salary: (270K+)
- Quality incentives up to 20K annually
- Signing bonus: 30K

- Fit is very important. The group is an independent hospital that has enjoyed great success. So a strong team player, some who has ties to the region would certainly be a plus as well as someone who is comfortable in a small town.

**Oregon Tax Credit:**
The State of Oregon offers an income tax credit of 5,000 for physicians practicing in La Grande, which is equivalent to earning another estimated 9,930 in base salary not reflected in the numbers above. [The Credit is applied to Oregon taxes before FICA tax and the estimate is based on tax brackets of 9% for State, 33% for Federal, 1.45% for Medicare and 6.2% for FICA.]
