- Detroit Lakes: 45 miles from Fargo, ND (1.0 FTE)
- Fosston: 95 miles from Fargo, ND (0.8 FTE)

**Position Details**
- Permanent
- Independent Practice, CRNA-only practice
- Generally 7:30am-2pm, Monday-Thursday with occasional cases on Friday
- Administer anesthesia to patients of all ages in the operating room, delivery room, and provide other related services as needed in other patient care areas
- Position requires high level of customer service skills to establish and enhance positive relationships with patients, co-workers, and others in this team-oriented, patient-centered care model.
- 5-6 scopes or 2-3 total joints, hysterectomies; average 1-2 cases after hours a month.
- OB included in practice.
- Emergency Room coverage coverage includes sedations, codes and intubations.
- 22 beds, 2 ORs and a minor trauma room
- Call coverage is every 3rd weekend, every 3rd holiday, and an average of 2 call nights per work week; 30-minute response time required for on-call coverage and will attend codes when on call.
- New graduates considered, must be proficient with skills
- Includes coverage in Ada, MN three times per month.
**Skillset includes:**
- Competency in regional blocks, spinals, epidural, femoral and others
- Management of epidurals
- Response to codes
- Knowledge of current principles and methods of general, regional and local anesthetics
- Ability to function in stressful and emergent situations.
- Experience in a rural setting is desirable as is working independently.
