Schedule Hours for Clinic /Hospital 4-10 hour shifts with OT to be applied after 40 hours worked per week.
Schedule Days Clinic /Hospital Monday through Friday
Need a provider available to take multiple shifts per week
This position will work with an anesthesiologist and will cover all surgeries. We don’t have a large volume of pediatrics, but we are 24+ OR’s, so very busy.
A completed Covid vaccination is required by facility
