Job Description: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist
We are seeking 3 CRNA position.
Open Opportunity:

Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical procedures
- Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to develop anesthetic plans
- Perform pre-operative evaluations and post-operative assessments
- Provide pain management services to patients
- Document patient care accurately and maintain medical records
- Stay updated on current practices and advancements in anesthesia techniques
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current state licensure as a registered nurse
- Knowledge of coding systems such as ICD-9 and ICD-10 for accurate documentation and billing purposes
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems (EPIC) for efficient patient care management
- Experience in diagnostic evaluation and critical care settings, such as the ICU or emergency department
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Position Highlights: YRMC is comprised of 13 Full-time and 4 Part-time Anesthesiologist currently, 3 Cardiac Anesthesiologist and 3 in private practice. Extremely collegial environment. Ability/Autonomy to choose rooms daily on an equitable basis. Bread and butter cases, healthy pediatric cases. No heart, no neuro!

About YRMC: Yuma is located in southwest Arizona, is a community of 200k+ population with an additional 100k+ who join us during our mild winter months. We offer a small town "feel" in a medium size city. Local arts & culture, outdoor recreation water sports, hiking & biking, and tons of family activities all year round. We are a 406-bed not-for-profit facility, with approximately 15 Anesthetizing locations, divided between the Main OR, Women's Surgery Center, Hybrid OR, and Outpatient Surgery Center, over 300 obstetric deliveries per month.
