**CRNA Opening in NE** -Located in Norfolk, NE. -Employed; Permanent Position. -Full Time, M-F. The Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is responsible for the following services: administering anesthesia and monitoring before, during and after patient procedures, reviewing patient treatment plan and medical history, monitoring patient vital signs and medication dosages, adjusting medication dosage and delivery speed, and close monitoring during patient recovery. CRNA will work in collaboration with physicians and other advanced care practitioners. Assist in developing and implementing research, educational, training, and in-service programs for technicians, nurses, and other personnel and provide professional medical supervision and training to employees. Collaborate with appropriate management on operational and technical matters pertaining to the services provided. **QUALIFICATIONS:** *Be a graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; holding a currently valid license or temporary license to practice as a registered nurse in the State of Nebraska. *Be a graduate of a school of nurse anesthesia accredited by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists Council on Accreditation of Nurse anesthesia Education Programs or a predecessor or successor agency. *Must have successfully completed and maintain national certification administered by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetist Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists or a predecessor or successor agency. If a new graduate of an accredited school of nurse anesthesia, demonstrate eligibility for certification examination through the Council of Certification of Nurse Anesthetists. *Hold a currently valid certification or temporary certification as a Certified Registered Nurse anesthetist by the State of Nebraska. *Maintain proof of current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
